1. Antenna light is not on, please check the OSD menu, please switch on.
2. If scan no tv, please sure that your local has DVB-T or DVB-T2, put antenna out door or out of windows.

Answer: Thanks. Please make factory restore-> Check OSD antenna Power On -> Choose Germany or UK to autosearch. (OSD language can choose English)
From your last picture, the search bandwidth is 8Mhz, this time your search result is 6Mhz. I guess that it should be 8Mhz.
If still can not get any tv channel, please check your local home set tv box, Press "info" on the remote control, the tv will show current tv channel frequency, please try to use this frequency to manual search at our tv box.
(we have clients from Panama, it is working no problem. )

Answer: Please download the new upgrade firmware for Panama 6M 731Mhz.

Please unzip and copy to the USB stick, no other file, Choose OSD Menu-> System->Upgrade
After upgrade ok, please manual search 731Mhz and 6M, you will get the tv signal like below picture and video.

Please change your USB stick to try again. (your operation video don't see upgrade loading process)
From your video, the SW version is 20181025, the correct version should be 20190430. Please check the attached pictures.
